Andrew Thomas-Rogers | Vice President, Central Operations

Andrew joined Coates in 2014 as a Record Specialist supporting multiple teams on a number of electric transmission projects in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. In 2015, Andrew was assigned as a Document Specialist for a large, FERC-regulated interstate natural gas pipeline project, quickly being promoted to Document Supervisor on that project where he spent the next three years. Andrew was promoted to Manager of Operations in 2018, then promoted to AVP, Director of Centralized Operations in 2021. In 2023, Andrew was promoted to Vice President, Central Operations. In his current role he provides general oversight and guidance to the Coates Centralized Operations group in both its main hub (located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) and satellite hubs and is a member of the corporate leadership team. Andrew participates in internal strategic planning, RFP response, project development, and general oversight for client project-based work. He serves as a subject matter expert for remote support of projects (working in tandem with supervisors from the Centralized Operations Group from disciplines including Title, Documents, Negotiation, Non-Environmental Permitting, Finance, GIS, and LandRun™ Support). He is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Oklahoma City Chapter 33, having served the chapter in every Board position in the past, and is a Certified Quick Base App Builder.
