Chad rejoined the Coates Human Resources department in 2022 as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. In his role at Coates, he is responsible for leading the Human Resources Department, in addition to developing and executing the human resources strategies in support of the overall business plan and leading the strategic direction of our people operations for the organization. Chad previously worked in Corporate HR for MGM Resorts International (MGMRI) in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he focused on talent management and organizational effectiveness, supporting technology/digital/data, commercial, and human resources corporate employees enterprise-wide. Prior to MGMRI, Chad served as Director of Human Resources at Coates for five years. Chad brings more than eight years of comprehensive human resources experience and holds a B.A. in Strategic and Organizational Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.
