Chris joined Coates in 2011 as a Document Specialist and is currently serving as the Right of Way Program Manager for the Transportation Division. Chris has 12+ years of experience in the right of way industry and 11+ years in Right of Way Acquisition, including 7+ years in management and 5+ years as Program Manager. His projects include; rural, urban, and municipal with an emphasis on transportation infrastructure. He has successfully worked and managed Highway, Turnpike, Streetcar, Road, Bridge, Sidewalk, Trails, and Water projects. He has extensive experience in Program/Project Management, Negotiation/Acquisition, Relocation, Title Investigation, and Database Management. Chris received his B.A.S. in Communications from the University of Oklahoma in 2010 and his Uniform Act Certification from the International Right of Way Association. He is also a member of the International Right of Way Association, Chapter 33.
