Eric brings more than 24 years of comprehensive pipeline and electric transmission right of way experience, working in various regions including Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience as a right of way manager and practice lead, with a focus on project management and business development on large transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects. Eric worked as an in-house real estate coordinator with transmission and distribution companies, where he assisted with large transmission infrastructure rebuild programs. In addition to Eric’s work experience, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in law from Louisiana State University. Eric is an active member of the IRWA, and is currently pursuing his SR/WA designation.
