Lee joined Coates in 1998 and has held several positions with the company having worked in over 40 states during that period. He began his career as a Document Clerk and Abstractor before working as a Field Right of Way Agent and eventually, a Project Manager. Lee has worked in several sectors of the right of way business including transmission, gathering and distribution pipeline projects, electric transmission and distribution lines, highway, municipal projects that include both acquisition and relocations for federal, state, and city governments, and public improvement projects as well as large asset sales between companies. Lee received both his B.S. in Organizational Leadership and his M.B.A., Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Oklahoma City Chapter 33, Pipeliners Club of Oklahoma City, and the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa.
