Megan joined the Coates Human Resources department in 2021 as Human Resources Manager. In her role at Coates, she is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the routine functions of the Human Resources department as well as supporting the day-to-day human resources activities for the company, including pre-employment screening, onboarding/offboarding, administering company policies and practices, employee communications, and full-cycle recruitment activities. Prior to joining Coates, Megan served in human resources roles at Echo Energy, YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, and Arvest Bank. She earned her Master of Arts and Sciences: Human Relations with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.
