Tara joined the Coates accounting and finance department in 2018 as a Senior Project Accountant and has since been promoted to Manager of Accounting and Finance. In addition to assisting in the development of client estimates and proposals, she works closely with departments company-wide to improve processes and ensure financial record accuracy. Prior to joining Coates, Tara held a number of accounting positions with Devon Energy Corp. in Oklahoma City. She received her M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University and her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. Tara is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.)
