Cindy joined Coates in 2023 as a Program Manager in the Northeast, and most recently Vice President. Cindy brings more than 35 years of extensive experience in real estate and right of way, having worked across various regions including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, and Vermont while also supporting renewable initiatives in 23 states. Along with her vast experience, Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cedarville College in Ohio and an MBA in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global in collaboration with NYU. In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren. She loves being on the water, whether it’s boating or swimming, and also takes an active role in leading the youth group at her church.
